UBCM seeks feedback on provincial consultation for treaty and non-treaty agreements

Local governments are invited to provide feedback on the quality of provincial consultation regarding treaty and non-treaty agreements in BC.
 
UBCM and the Province have a longstanding MOU commits the Province to consult directly with affected local governments for agreements and initiatives that pertain to First Nations. This includes consultation on agreements and negotiations in and outside the treaty process. The survey will remain open until July 31.
