The UBCM Group Benefits Plan is available for elected officials. At least three elected individuals are required for a local government to enroll. Those who meet the eligibility requirements may participate in the following benefits:

- Dental
- Employee and Family Assistance Plan (EFAP)
- Optional Life Insurance
- Optional Accidental Death & Dismemberment
