Local governments are reminded to register for the old growth session set for Thursday, April 13th from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm. Hosted by UBCM, in cooperation with the Province, the session will focus on the Province’s approach to implementing the Old Growth Strategic Review recommendations.
Participants will have an opportunity to share their feedback on both the process and its impacts. Further information about the OGSR and the local government webinar was outlined in a March 22nd Compass article.
The Province is also hosting a number of regional sessions on old growth over the coming months. Please reach out to the Old Growth Secretariat for further information on the dates and locations for these regional stakeholder sessions.
