Local Government Awareness Week is an annual initiative aimed at building public awareness of local government roles and responsibilities, and encouraging public participation in local government processes.
Local Government Awareness Week will take place May 15-21. Wednesday, May 18th is Asset Management Awareness Day. The Province has issued a Proclamation for the week and it is available on our website.
