The Fraser Basin Council invites Indigenous and rural BC communities of less than 10,000 people to express interest in taking part in a Community Climate Preparedness Virtual Workshop Series in the fall or winter of 2020/21. This series will consist of four training sessions on the basics of how to conduct a climate change adaptation engagement and planning process.
Links will be made between building resilience to climate change and building general community resilience as part of the recovery from COVID-19.
The deadline for submissions is August 14, 2020.
