Please be advised that Gas Tax Program Services is open for business and will continue to deliver programming, claims and contract management during standard business hours until further notice. We are implementing a few changes to provide additional flexibility during this time.
Claims processing: Financial Officers can submit a claim without a signed and mailed financial officer certification form until further notice. Any claim without a signed form will simply require an email from the financial officer stating agreement with the completed claim.
Contract management: Where possible, we will be moving to electronic exchange for executing and amending funding agreements.
Annual Expenditure Report: The 2019 Annual Expenditure reporting window will open on April 15 and will continue to accept reporting details through to June 1. We will revisit the closing date in the coming weeks to consider further extension.
Grant Program and Asset Management Workshops
UBCM has cancelled the remainder of the Grant Program & Asset Management Workshops in March and April. Registrants will be offered to participate in a full-day webinar scheduled to take place on March 31. Details for the webinar registration can be found here.
