The Farm Industry Review Board has received multiple complaints against a cannabis operation located in the Township of Langley. While the Township has been identified as an interested party, and may apply for intervener status, other local governments are also welcome to attend a hearing on March 9-13, 2020 for information purposes.
Nine farm practices complaints have been filed, relating to odour, noise and light produced by a cannabis production facility located in the Township. The hearing to address these complaints is open to the public, and will take place on March 9-13, 2020 in Abbotsford.
