UBCM is seeking expressions of interest to fill one vacant position the Recycle BC Advisory Committee. The Committee is a forum to provide input and advice to Recycle BC staff and its board of directors on BC’s packaging and printed paper product stewardship program.
As outlined in the terms of reference, the Committee is intended to foster dialogue on issues and opportunities pertaining to the Recycle BC program and encourage information exchange. The Committee is comprised of representatives from local governments, NGOs, waste management companies, and producers.
Committee members will be asked to serve for three years, with the option to remain on the Committee at the end of their term.
