About UBCM
The Union of BC Municipalities is a member driven association formed in 1905 to provide a common voice for local governments in BC. Our membership comprises all municipalities and regional districts in BC as well as 8 member First Nations. UBCM’s vision is to effectively represent and serve all its members by being the recognized advocate for their common interests and by meeting their common needs. UBCM achieves this through policy work, program management and member services.
Our annual convention continues to be the main forum for UBCM policy-making. It provides an opportunity for communities of all sizes and from all areas of the province to come together, share their experiences and take a united position.

Position Overview
The Finance and Corporate Operations Administrator is based out of the Richmond office and provides support for finance, group benefits, corporate operations including member services marketing, events and sponsorship.
Qualifications
The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:
- Diploma in business administration, accounting, finance or other relevant discipline
- Minimum of 2 years experience in corporate operations
- Proven working experience in finance (e.g. accounts payable or receivable clerk)

Salary
The salary range for this position is $62,924 - $74,028 annually, $2,622 - $3,084 semi-monthly (2025 rates). Salary is determined based on relevant experience and qualifications in accordance with our compensation guidelines. The successful candidate has the opportunity to advance through the steps over time, reflecting growth and tenure in the role.
