School Property Tax Rebate for Class 6 Businesses

WHEREAS the Province announced that 50 of all school property taxes will be rebated to light and heavy industry Class 4 and 5 annually, to lower their costs and help them grow: THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that businesses in Class 6 should also benefit from this program designed to assist businesses in paying their bills, reinvest and maintain jobs, especially in rural communities, without downloading any costs to local governments.
