School District Property Exchange

WHEREAS a number of school districts in BC are reconfiguring school catchment areas and closing schools; AND WHEREAS local governments across BC face the challenge of providing infrastructure for services and community amenities with fewer resources: THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Province of BC authorize school districts and local government to exchange land and buildings.
