WHEREAS changing the current model of health care in Northern British Columbia requires a radical shift in thinking; AND WHEREAS we need to use all resources available in order to create a sustainable model of health care in Northern BC: THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that UBCM members show strong and effective leadership by encouraging a preventative and holistic approach to health care within their own communities.
