Motor Fuel Tax Act

WHEREAS under the Motor Fuel Tax Act, ATVs and snowmobiles are specifically excluded from using coloured gas; AND WHEREAS neither ATVs nor snowmobiles use the public roads which are, in part, supported by proceeds from the fuel tax: THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Union of BC Municipalities petition the Province to remove the restriction against use of coloured fuel for ATVs and snowmobiles.
