MLA Attendance at Area Association Meetings

Whereas local MLAs, cabinet ministers and critics can learn about key regional issues at area association meetings; And whereas area association meetings provide opportunities for local government officials to meet with MLAs, cabinet ministers and critics: Therefore be it resolved that UBCM request the provincial government schedule the legislative session to facilitate the ability of local MLAs, cabinet ministers and critics to attend local area association meetings.
