High-Speed Internet

WHEREAS through the Connecting Communities Agreement, the provincial government and Telus committed to bringing high-speed Internet to rural communities throughout BC; AND WHEREAS many rural areas of the province were not eligible for the Connecting Communities program: THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Premier and Prime Minister revisit their criteria regarding eligibility for rural areas to receive high-speed Internet upgrades and fulfill the commitment to connect rural BC to high speed Internet.
