WHEREAS Halloween fireworks continue to cause property and personal damage through misuse and abuse, and generate unnecessary costs to taxpayers: THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Province of British Columbia ban the general sale and use of fireworks in British Columbia and that the ban include federal lands within the Province of British Columbia.
