THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the UBCM Executive establish a Task Force to look into the quality and quantity of declining medical services i.e. hospitals and health centers with a report to come forward to next years UBCM Convention; AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Ministry of Health look into the quality and quantity of declining medical services i.e. hospitals and health centers in small communities in British Columbia.
