Care North

WHEREAS the current model of health care in Northern British Columbia is no longer sustainable; AND WHEREAS primary care is the key to the sustainability of the health care system: THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that UBCM members endorse their support for Northern Healths three-year initiative to support primary care, called Care North; AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that UBCM lobby the provincial government to provide the funding required to expand this program to include all of the North Central Municipal Association service region.
