BC Hydro Peace River Water Use Plan

WHEREAS the Province mandates that specific plans and studies need to be completed; AND WHEREAS BC Hydro spent two years creating the Peace River Water Use Plan, completed in 2003 but, as of yet, to be adopted by the Province: THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Union of British Columbia Municipalities lobby the provincial government to deal with mandated studies and plans in a timely and expedient manner.
