Local Government-Indigenous Relations survey

Publishing Date

Members have an opportunity to complete UBCM’s survey on Indigenous Relations before it closes on March 31st. This survey is intended for local government staff and elected officials, and will be used to inform advocacy and update existing reconciliation and relationship building resources for members.

The survey addresses wide ranging topics related to Indigenous relations including servicing agreements, approaches to relationship building and reconciliation, treaty and non-treaty agreements, UBCM resources, and the B.C. Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Act (DRIPA).

For questions, or to request a word version of the survey, please contact Josh van Loon, UBCM Senior Policy Analyst.
