A new, free online learning opportunity is now available on the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPPA) - FOIPPA Foundations – to support learners in understanding their privacy and access obligations in BC.
This interactive course reflects the 2021 amendments to FOIPPA and provides learners with an overview of the fundamentals of FOIPPA; privacy and access obligations; and how it applies to their work.
Target audiences for the course include public body employees in the broader public sector, as well as BC government employees and contracted service providers.
