There are encouraging signs as it appears that BC will enter into the third stage of its four-step restart plan on July 1. While we had hoped we might return to 'normal' for the annual Convention this year, the health and safety of our members and their communities is our top priority. For #UBCM2021 we are moving forward with an all-digital Convention and eagerly look ahead to meeting face-to-face again in 2022.

We are incredibly excited to host another immersive, virtual experience that will provide you with the insights and answers on what the future holds for BC local governments. The 2021 UBCM Convention online registration page launches on Monday, July 5th under "Convention and Awards" on ubcm.ca

Getting Ready For Registration

The process will be familiar to many, as we're employing the same registration system and highly rated virtual platform as we used to host the 2020 Convention. Member rates for 2021 are $475 and non-member rates are $500. Over the coming weeks we will continually expand our NEW Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), to help educate and equip you for the smoothest online experience. This should be your go-to resource to find helpful registration tips, how-to's for the Pheedloop virtual event platform, best viewing practices, and technical troubleshooting tricks to ensure seamless viewing of the Convention livestream sessions.
