As planning continues for a virtual 2020 Convention, UBCM has finalized the cancellation policies with all the official hotels for the 2020 Convention. If you had a reservation in the official UBCM room block in one of the following hotels, please be advised that your individual reservations will be cancelled and you can expect to receive the first night’s deposit refund to the original form of payment over the next few weeks.

- DoubleTree by Hilton
- Hotel Grand Pacific
- The Parkside Hotel
- Inn at Laurel Point
- Magnolia Hotel
Please do not contact the hotels until after June 30th as the refunds will take some time to process individually. If you made hotel reservations outside of the official room blocks, please contact your hotel to make the cancellation directly.
