Vancouver Island Coordinated Solid Waste Strategy

WHEREAS regional districts on Vancouver Island are struggling with the financial implications of managing solid waste, and the demand for diversion programs is increasing: Therefore be it resolved that the Association of Vancouver Island and Coastal Communities undertake an assessment to determine the feasibility of a Vancouver Island and coastal communities solid waste service.
