WHEREAS the debate of resolutions at the UBCM Convention is the most critical aspect of the convention to the delegates; AND WHEREAS ample time should be given on the convention agenda for discussion, debate and decision on each and every resolution submitted: THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the UBCM Executive and staff undertake policy amendments to ensure that sufficient time is provided to hear and decide upon all resolutions submitted for consideration at the annual UBCM Convention.
