PRIME Records Information Management Environment

WHEREAS the Province of British Columbia has proposed to increase the 2010 annual user fees for Prime Records Information Management Environment British Columbia PRIME BC from 500 per member to 1,000 per member; AND WHEREAS there has been no consultation with the municipalities in British Columbia who will be required to pay for this proposed 100 increased user fee: THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Union of BC Municipalities lobby the Province to maintain the costs of PRIME BC, paid for by local governments, at the 2009 rate.
