Cariboo Connector

WHEREAS the Cariboo Connector was announced as a four-laning project of Highway 97 between Prince George and the Fraser Canyon and copious signs erected; AND WHEREAS four-laning this stretch of highway would have positive effects on the safety of all motorists; AND WHEREAS four-laning this stretch of highway would be a boon to the economic development of all of Northern BC: THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that UBCM lobby the provincial government to make good on its promise by creating a solid plan, including timelines, in order to complete the Cariboo Connector four-laning.
