WHEREAS local community input into the provision of delivery of health services has been significantly reduced with the creation of regional health authorities; AND WHEREAS communities continue to express frustration at the lack of such input: THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the UBCM establish a task force to determine the extent of frustration and develop options for improving community input into the delivery of local health care services.
