WHEREAS the imposition of parking fees in provincial parks has caused people to use other areas where there are no parking, garbage or toilet facilites, thereby causing hardships in neighbouring areas: THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Union of British Columbia Municipalities strongly recommend that the Minister of Water, Land and Air Protection remove parking fees from provincial parks.
