WHEREAS there is a critical shortage of addiction services and an urgent need for detox beds in the Northwest Health Service Delivery Area: THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Union of BC Municipalities continue to lobby Northern Health and Interior Health to fund additional detox beds throughout the north.
