WHEREAS UBCM funds the UBCM president to attend the Federation of Canadian Municipalities Annual General Meeting and Conference; AND WHEREAS not all senior table officers of the UBCM have the financial ability to attend this Conference: THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Union of British Columbia Municipalities fund all of its senior table officers to attend the Annual FCM Conference.
