Whereas DNA analysis is a judicial issue in the administration of justice and constitutionally the responsibility of the provincial government: Therefore be it resolved that the Province pay 100 of the RCMP costs for DNA analysis; And be it further resolved that the Province establish a DNA laboratory in British Columbia.
