WHEREAS many types and classes of property qualify for property tax exemptions but Royal Canadian Legions do not qualify; AND WHEREAS Royal Canadian Legions provide varied and needed services to veterans and the community at large: THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the provincial government consider giving tax exempt status to Royal Canadian Legions.
