WHEREAS the Okanagan-Similkameen Regional Hospital District Board recognizes the need for transparent and accountable management of the delivery of health care services in British Columbia: THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Ministry of Health Services is encouraged to revert to the original concept of 13 provincial appointments, 13 local government appointments and 13 appointments through direct public election for members of Health Authorities.
