Elections Task Force Forum - March 12

The joint Local Government Elections Task Force has been asked to report out by May 30, 2010.

Recognizing the tight timeline, the UBCM Executive wanted to ensure that members had an opportunity early on in the process to provide input. As a result, we invite members to attend a one-day session on Friday March 12th.

This is an important opportunity for local governments to provide input at this early stage in the Task Force's deliberations. The session is open to elected officials and senior staff. Fees for this session are purely cost-recovery (i.e. catering, room rental) in recognition of the tight fiscal climate.
